Applying is free. Submitting does not reserve a booth. After acceptance you will choose a booth and pay by card. Required acknowledgements below are kept on your application record.

• Sales tax responsibility * I understand I am solely responsible for collecting, reporting and paying any sales tax and other taxes on my sales at this event, including any Wyoming state and local sales tax. Sage & Rail Events does not collect or remit taxes for vendors. Sage & Rail Events will provide a list of participating vendors to the City of Evanston, and that information may be shared with other government agencies, including the Wyoming Department of Revenue.
• Damage responsibility * I agree to be responsible for damage caused by me, my staff, or my equipment to venue property or other participants' property.
• Event and application acknowledgements * I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance; does not reserve or guarantee a booth; that Sage & Rail reviews applications before acceptance; that booth selection/preferences happen after acceptance for this event; that booth inventory is subject to availability; that payment is required after acceptance/booth offer per the event workflow; that my application information must be accurate; and that I agree to follow event and venue rules.
• I have read and agree to the Vendor Booth Agreement * I have read the Vendor Booth Agreement shown with this application (including booth rental after payment, cancellation/weather, no category exclusivity, refund cutoff, sales tax responsibility, damage responsibility, transfers, and platform terms) and I agree to it.
• Applying is free; fees are paid only after acceptance * I understand vendor fees are paid by card only after acceptance and booth selection. Applying is free and does not reserve a booth.

• Vendors must register with the Wyoming Department of Revenue for sales tax.
