These Terms govern your use of sageandrail.com and the services of Sage & Rail Events, a brand owned and operated by FrostLine Works LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site, joining an interest list, applying as a vendor, buying tickets, or enrolling in our text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Events and vendor participation

Joining the vendor interest list is free. It is not an application, does not reserve a booth, and does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendor applications, acceptance, booth assignment, fees, deadlines, and refund rules are described in each event's vendor information and application. Those event-specific terms apply alongside these Terms.
Event dates, venues, layouts, and schedules may change. We will communicate changes by email and, if you opted in, by text.

2. Tickets and payments

Ticket and booth-fee terms (prices, refunds, transfers) are shown at purchase. Payments are processed by third-party processors.

3. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site or our forms. Don't submit false information, interfere with the site's operation, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

- booth assignments and load-in details

We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.
How to enroll: check the optional SMS consent box at https://sageandrail.com/sms-opt-in. Consent is not a condition of purchase or participation. Accepting these Terms alone does not enroll you in text messages.
Frequency: message frequency varies, and is typically higher in the weeks around an event.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time. You will get one final confirmation, and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Eligibility: you confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

5. Intellectual property

The site's content, the Sage & Rail Events name, and its logos belong to FrostLine Works LLC. Vendors keep ownership of the materials they submit, and grant us permission to use their business name and submitted photos to run and publicize the event they are participating in.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, FrostLine Works LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific event or ticket involved.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date when we do.
